Besides the regular Bike & Barge tours, we can also run a tour on demand.
The intimate atmosphere, excellent care and beautiful surroundings are of course eminently suitable for a group you choose yourself. Your own sailing hotel is of course well suited for your family parties, company outings, workshops, etcetera. Cycling, walking, sailing, culture trips or mini cruises: you can be inspired by one of our trips, or make one up together with us. The crew can be put to work to lighten your task as host or hostess. The chef can make sure you and your guests want for nothing in the culinary field. Want to know more? Degrees of comfort
The degree of comfort varies per ship, but all cabins have washing facilities and central heating.
The ships have a salon/dining room and a sundeck/bicycle deck. Most cabins are double cabins, but there are also ships with several 3-berth cabins.
Services on board (such as bed-clothes, two towels, bicycles, tour guide, routes etc.) have same level of quality.

Our barge, your hotel: welcome on board!

Imagine a floating hotel following you and no lugging of luggage: that is exactly what Bike & Barge is all about! While you are calmly pedalling along, your barge is on its way to the meeting point. In the pleasant atmosphere on board you can have a chat, go through the day with the others, and enjoy the meals prepared specially for cyclists. You have your own cabin with private shower and toilet. In the evenings you can enjoy a drink in the salon or admire the setting sun on deck.

What are the cabins like?
Most cabins are 2-person cabins, but some barges also have cabins for 3 persons. There are four ship categories: Standard Plus (cabins with private shower/toilet; bunk beds), Comfort (cabins as StandardPlus but with twin beds), ComfortPlus (cabins as Comfort, small ship) and Comfort DeLuxe (a very comfortable and tastefully furnished 5-star ship; cabins have twin beds and air-conditioning). In all categories the cabins have central heating and a porthole or window.

The captain, the chef and your tour guide all welcome you warmly.They prepared specifically for these trips and will provide good and safe passage, good meals, and a friendly, pleasant atmosphere. They will of course also give you a great deal of interesting information during and after the cycling and sailing.

The meals
Your chef is used to cook delicious meals for hungry cyclists. Besides an extensive breakfast, you will also be offered a packed lunch for on the road.It consists of different types of bread and sandwich fillings, juice, a snack and a piece of fruit.Dinner is different every day.There is a first course, main course and dessert The meals on board are included in the price, as are coffee and tea.Soft drinks and alcoholic drinks can be obtained at a charge.
