A combination of Europe’s most sold river cruise and favourite cycleway, is the basis of the combined cycle and boat trip. This trip will get you along enchanting river landscapes with steep forested hills and vineyards. Around the end of the afternoon you will go back to your sailing hotel again. When you want a day off or a day with less kilometres, you can stay on the boat or take a train transfer

Passau – Vienna – Bratislava – Budapest – Passau
On Sunday noon you will board the MS My Story. You will sail to Engelhartszell, the summer residence of the Bishops of Passau. On day 2 you will make the first roundtrip through the landscape of the Danube, along forests and picturesque places. The next day you will cycle through the National Park Danube to Bratislava. In the evening you can make a guided walk through the old centre of this city. When you wake up on Wednesday you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes on your way to Budapest. After arrival, you will have the rest of the day to get to know Budapest. The next cycle day gets along quiet parts of the Danube with infinite views. You will board again in Esztergom, The Hungarian Rome. The next morning you will wake up in Vienna. The last trip goes to Wachau, through ancient old vineyards, with castle ruins. After a beautiful last cycle trip you board again to enjoy the last diner, while the ship is sailing back to Passau.

MS My Story
It is a very spacious ship of traditional shipbuilding skill with a very comfy atmosphere. On deck there are both deck chairs and ordinary chairs and tables, which encourage conversation and communal activity in the fresh air. The Panorama Restaurant and the Panorama Lounge with its bar provide not only excellent food and drinks but also a sense of conviviality with old friends and new acquaintances.
